Long Gun #006: British Enfield Pattern 1859 Artillery Carbine with original cutlass bayonet. The carbine has been re-stocked using American Live Oak and isno completely inletted. There are no Broad Arrow marks present. Birmingham proofs are on the barrel, and the lock is marked 1861 Tower. The bayonet is marked CKC in a sheild at the ricasso, and 28 on the pommel. This gun came out of an old Civil War museum in New England.
